Diversity Inclusion Welcomes Dr Matthew Welsh
Diversity Inclusion are pleased to welcome Dr Matthew Welsh to our team. Matthew joined Diversity Inclusion earlier this year, completing a Masters placement, and we are thrilled to announce he has recently come on board as an Associate of Diversity Inclusion
Matthew comes to Diversity Inclusion with a Ph.D. in psychology, and is an expert and author in recognising and avoiding biases in decision making. Matthew is also currently studying a Masters of Organisational Psychology and Human Factors.
Matthew has already been building connections with our clients, across Australia and New Zealand. Through the delivery of our Inclusion Baseline Service, he has worked to baseline levels of diversity and inclusion, and to recommend opportunities and strategies for development. Matthew is also a skilled workshop facilitator, supporting clients in the creation of a positive and psychologically safe workplace, through delivery of our Call it Out Program.
In addition to Matthew’s work with Diversity Inclusion, he is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide, where he researches decision making.
