Lucinda Hewitson
CEO and Founder
BPsych (Honours), MPsychLucinda Hewitson is an industry leader in Diversity and Inclusion. As an Organisational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience, Lucinda works with companies and industry bodies in Australia and abroad.
Since establishing her business in 2013, Lucinda has advised global mining companies, federal and state government agencies, utilities, the insurance sector, community organisations and international consulting firms on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Lucinda was formerly the Head of HR: Recruitment, Resourcing and Diversity & Inclusion at BAE Systems Australia. She was a finalist in the 2013 AHRI Diversity Awards and a Telstra Business Women's Award finalist in 2015 and 2020.
Over the past 15-years, Lucinda has held a range of Board roles across different industries. She was the inaugural Chair of the Spence Club Board and is currently a member of the Flinders University Council.

Georgia Brown
Programs Manager
BPsych (Honours), MPsychGeorgia is a registered psychologist and member of the Diversity Inclusion team, partnering with organisations across Australia to understand their current state, define clear objectives, and implement practical strategies to drive change.
With a strong emphasis on psychological safety and building respectful workplaces, Georgia’s goal is to contribute to cultures where every team member feels a genuine sense of belonging and can thrive.
Georgia works across a broad range of sectors, supporting organisations through program development, workshop facilitation, design and development of e-learning solutions, sponsorship of diverse talent initiatives, and delivery of culture surveys.
Georgia is also passionate about advancing inclusion in sport. This has led her to advise on the design of inclusive facilities and collaborate with community and semi-elite sporting organisations to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Zach Main
Associate
BSci,BPsych (Honours), MPsych currentZach brings a unique blend of business experience and psychological expertise to his work. With over a decade of experience as a wine maker and in business—ranging from managing a team, establishing a multi-disciplinary health service in country South Australia, to navigating the complexities of running a business with his partner—he has first-hand insight into the challenges organisations face in creating inclusive workplaces.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and will soon be completing his Master of Psychology. In 2020, he was selected for the South Australian Young Entrepreneurs Scheme (SAYES). His experience managing multiple businesses, combined with his deep understanding of human behaviour, allows him to support organisations in developing practical, evidence-based strategies that foster diversity, inclusive practices, and psychological safety.

Kate Lyall
Associate
BSocSci, BPsychSci(Honours), MPsych(Organisational), MPsych(Clinical)Kate is an Organisational Psychologist holding qualifications in social sciences and clinical psychology. She has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of psychological injuries. Kate’s research experience includes exploration of the measurement of inclusion in male-dominated workplaces across Australia and the implications for psychological safety and wellbeing.
Before becoming a psychologist, Kate spent over a decade in community services. Since then, she has worked with organisations across industries including healthcare, defence, finance, engineering and mining, supporting them to become more diverse and inclusive. Her skillset includes workshop facilitation, culture surveys, policy review, assisting working parents to balance work and family responsibilities, mentoring and sponsorship, and inclusive recruitment. The pinnacle of this work was the opportunity to be the Chair of the 4th Annual Women in Leadership Summit.
Kate returns to Diversity Inclusion as an Associate after previously working as part of the Diversity Inclusion team.

Isabelle Hewitson
Team Coordinator
BHealthMedSc(Adv) currentCurrently studying Health and Medical Sciences (Advanced) at the University of Adelaide, Isabelle is passionate about fostering fairness in the workplace.
As Team Coordinator at Diversity Inclusion, Isabelle supports the delivery of training and workshops by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting with resource planning. She also liaises with clients to ensure Diversity Inclusion delivers exceptional service and is a valuable member of the team. Isabelle draws on her previous roles in other industries to bring a versatile, learning-mindset and customer-focus approach to her work.
