Our flagship Call it Out program is one of our most popular services.
Delivered both online and face-to-face, it is designed to empower employees, as the bystander, to confront inappropriate and illegal behaviours such as bullying, discrimination and harassment. It also addresses other negative behaviours which have the potential to fester, and do not contribute to a positive workplace culture. Importantly, the program also models respectful and constructive behaviours for staff to emulate.
